The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting the obligations and rights described in subsequent sections.

"Platform" or "366bdt"

Refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 366bdt.bet, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional programmes, and support functions accessible via the website.

"Player" or "You"

Any individual who has registered a 366bdt account, accessed the platform, or used any service offered therein. Players must be natural persons aged 18 years or above.

"Account"

The personal account created by a player upon completing the 366bdt registration process. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

"BDT Wallet"

The in-platform balance denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) associated with a player's 366bdt account. The BDT Wallet reflects real-money deposits, bonus credits, winnings, and withdrawals.

"Bonus Funds"

Promotional credits awarded by 366bdt under specific offer conditions. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly until the applicable rollover has been completed.

"Wagering Requirement"

The total amount a player must bet before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms.

"Withdrawal"

"Prohibited Conduct"

To register a 366bdt account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal structures may not register accounts on the 366bdt platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number as registered with your bKash, Nagad, or bank account.
• You must hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or a verified account with a Bangladeshi bank in your own name, for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not already hold an existing 366bdt account. Each player is permitted exactly one account. If you have previously held an account that was closed for rule violations, you are not permitted to register a new account without explicit written approval from 366bdt management.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling by any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or other legal restriction.

Identity Verification: 366bdt conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at the point of a player's first significant withdrawal or at any time the platform deems verification necessary. Players will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and may be asked to confirm ownership of their registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your 366bdt Login password confidential and must not share your credentials with any third party. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated within each individual offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's Bonus Funds balance, separate from the real-money BDT Wallet balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Unless an individual offer states a different figure, the standard wagering requirement for all 366bdt bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering contributions vary by game category. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting contributions depend on the minimum odds of the qualifying bets as specified in the individual offer. Crash games and fishing games contribute at the rate stated in the respective offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unless otherwise stated, all 366bdt bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without refund.

Bonus Abuse: 366bdt actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, wagering in a manner designed to minimise risk while satisfying rollover requirements (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same market), using promotional funds in excluded games, and exploiting technical errors that result in unintended bonus credits. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived balances forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

Promotions Calendar: 366bdt publishes a structured seasonal promotions calendar. Special offers are typically available during BPL and IPL seasons, the T20 World Cup, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Players are encouraged to check the platform regularly for active offers. 366bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 366bdt, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond 366bdt's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions).
• Financial losses incurred through betting and gaming activities on the platform — gambling inherently involves risk, and 366bdt does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.
• Any reliance on promotional information that has since been amended or withdrawn.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, network infrastructure failures, regulatory actions, or other circumstances outside 366bdt's control.

Platform Availability: 366bdt targets a platform uptime of 99.9% and invests significantly in infrastructure reliability. However, the platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. 366bdt will communicate planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.

Third-Party Game Providers: Games hosted on 366bdt are provided by independent studios under licence. 366bdt is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or interrupted sessions in individual game titles, though we will investigate and, where appropriate, escalate such issues to the relevant provider on behalf of affected players.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 366bdt operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 366bdt support shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under those laws. Players are encouraged to raise all concerns directly with the 366bdt support team before seeking external resolution.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
